20′ Fiber Laser Cutter

Fiber lasers can cut thin metals three times faster than CO2 laser systems with high accuracy, operating more efficiently with lower costs. Burch Tanks fiber laser cutter can cut parts ranging from small, intricate pieces, to large items with the 8’x20’ double bed. We are able to cut material quickly and precisely.

  • Carbon Steel: 3/4”
  • Stainless Steel: 7/16”
  • Aluminum Alloys: 7/16”
  • Brass: 1/4”

 

Press Brake Capabilities

This 325 ton press brake has many custom dies available for all your needs. It has a state-of-the-art back gauge and can handle material up to 12’ in length. Jobs can be customized to you specific needs.

Head Forming

Here at Burch Tank we can form heads in round or elliptical shapes. We are capable of dished and flanging using stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel, with a 2’ to 12’ diameter and a maximum thickness of 5/8”.

 

Plate Roll

Burch Tanks plate roll machine can roll stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel. It can handle material up-to 16’ 1/2” and a maximum of 3/8” thick. Adjoining the plate roll is a 16’ 1/2” long seam welder capable of MIG and TIG welding of aluminum, stainless steel, or carbon steel.
